Hello!
It's important for people to know a little about the DJ service they are hiring and the person who will be providing music at their special event.
My Life Media is the name we have given our company because it describes essentially what we provide - media in the form of music that helps you celebrate significant moments, such as a wedding, birthday, anniversary, family reunion, etc. Celebrating significant moments in a positive and memorable way is important for individuals, their families and, in fact, whole communities.
I was fortunate to be mentored by one of Cleveland's finest musicians and DJ's, Mr. Dennis McNulty, who invited me in 1987 to learn the art (and science) of orchestrating fun and memorable events for people. Dennis and I provided this type of service under the business name of Slate Grey DJ Services for many years.
Recently, with Dennis' blessings, I began my own company, My Life Media, to continue the evolution of helping people celebrate life's most significant moments. My wife Colleen has been an excellent support and, in fact, helps with some of the business side of things to keep us growing with opportunity. A second DJ, Bob Reynold, has joined our team and his presence enables us to serve an increasing demand. Bob shares a company philosophy that reinforces our commitment to a professional approach to each and every event.
We've have over 20 years of experience providing DJ services, emc services, and sound engineering for musicians and bands. We continue to love this work and look forward to many more successful events - hopefully yours!
